Design
King Ghidorah’s design in Godzilla in Hell generally takes inspiration from that of his Heisei counterpart, though he bares unique traits of his own in his two issue appearances. Both issues put an emphasis on the supernatural element that King Ghidorah embodies. In issue 2, his eyes lack pupils and are luminous, emphasizing his demonic nature. His scales are heavily luminescent, giving him a lightning-themed aura that creates a resemblance to his GMK counterpart. In issue 4, King Ghidorah starts off with red eyes and slit pupils, before appearing with eyes that match his skin. His scales started off as a pale gold hue before appearing unpolished bronze.
